Blessings and Welcome!

I am Lauren, Your Faithful Therapist. 

I approach therapy with the notion that we are created MIND, body, and soul. To integrate the three is what allows a person to feel fully alive. My expertise is in the "mind" category given my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. 

My clients feel fully welcome, accepted, and understood in their faith, and this provides the safety and comfortability to be vulnerable when discussing mental health struggles.  

Since I see each person as a unique child of God, my therapeutic approach changes with each person. I most commonly use a mixture of approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Internal Family Systems (IFS).

Lauren Accolla has a Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of San Diego, CA. She received her Bachelor degree in Psychology from Gonzaga University in Washington. She has over 9 years counseling experience working with adolescents, adults, married couples, groups, and families.
