I have been a therapist for over 12 years. I enjoy helping individuals and families find healing and hope. My goal is to help my clients to be on their way to living a more fulfilling life.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating each client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, brief solutions focused and strength based solutions interventions. I will tailor the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

I specialize working with people who are ready to change and want to grow and learn.

I am fluent in Spanish and English.

If clients wish to incorporate their faith, I am happy to do that to the level of comfort and interest for each client.

Bio:
I have a masters in clinical social work. I felt led into the counseling profession because I always enjoyed helping people.

I am a licensed clinical social worker with extensive years of experience working as a clinical counselor and life coach. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, and grief and loss. I also worked as a behavioral health provider working with people with mental health issues, chronic pain and other health related issues.

I am a wife and mother of several children.
