I have been a therapist for over 12 years. I enjoy helping individuals and families find healing and hope. My goal is to help my clients to be on their way to living a more fulfilling life.
My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating each client with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, brief solutions focused and strength based solutions interventions. I will tailor the treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
I specialize working with people who are ready to change and want to grow and learn.
