As a Catholic therapist, working with adult individuals, online, I combine a variety of psychotherapeutic methods with a love of our faith, to help you cultivate wellbeing in your life and in your relationships. I believe that the Catholic Church teaches the fullness of the truth and that a healthy relationship with God is one of the most important aspects of our mental health, along with knowing who we are and how we find a sense of purpose in life. Whether you are a long-time, devout Catholic, or someone who is considering becoming Catholic, a new convert, or someone with a desire to build a stronger faith, I provide a safe, supportive, spiritually encouraging, Catholic oriented therapy, focused upon whatever it is that you need to focus on, to promote greater wellbeing and a more fulfilling life.
I have a strong background in helping people process difficult experiences, develop deeper self-understanding and self-acceptance and move forward with greater clarity, peace and joy. I also offer tools and techniques for creating healthier thought and behavior patterns and fostering a greater ability to relax and enjoy the moment.
Please note that as a Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), licensed in Massachusetts, I am limited to providing services to only people who are located within Massachusetts at the time of service. My services are entirely online, via video conferencing, through a HIPAA compliant, confidential portal. See current insurances accepted, and other details, below.
