Therapy can make a huge change in your life.  I have seen personally and professionally what therapy can do for people, and I want that for you.

My background has included several settings that have allowed me experience working with a variety of ages and diagnosis/situations. I have found that I work best with young adults and adult women ages 18-40. I have a particular heart for people wanting to heal from family of origin challenges, struggling with anxiety or depression or OCD, learning to manage ADHD, trying to manage stress, desiring to have better boundaries or communication patterns, going through life transitions or loss, and wanting to have a better self-esteem and healthy identity.

My approach as a clinical social worker is one that views all areas of you as a person. This means I consider how your support system, physical health, mental health, spirituality, etc impact your life. I am a practicing Catholic and my own beliefs fuel what I do. My job is not just a job to me- it is a ministry and a privilege. You are welcoming me into some of the most vulnerable and sacred pieces of your life. I will walk into that gently and support you as we work towards growth and healing.

I would be more than happy to hear what you are looking for and discuss if I may be the right fit for you. I believe that therapy works when there is a good relationship between the therapist and client and it is important to me that my style, theoretical orientation, and personality match you and your specific need.

*Please note: For FL clients, I see adult clients (ages 18-40) by Telehealth only. I am in network with Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance through Illinois. Claims are sent to Illinois and forwarded to Florida. I can provide you with an estimated cost based on your plan prior to the first appointment.
