I love being a Catholic. Integrating Catholic doctrine and principles into the therapeutic relationship has been a blessing to myself and my clients.

As a faith-based Psychotherapist, I have witnessed God's healing in the lives of those struggling with addiction; whether it is alcohol, food, gambling, or sex - recovery is here for you.

Research has shown that Anxiety, Depression, Mood Disorders, and Psychosis run in families, but the good news is that integrating faith and mental health practices ensures a healthier family system.

Trauma can keep us angry and fearful. God called us to love. How can we love when we are still reliving the past and feeling the pain?  Call me and we can journey toward healing and freedom together.
