Message from Therapist

There are times when you can feel like others are passing judgement on you too harshly or maybe that criticism comes from within yourself.  Either way, we can struggle with forgiving ourselves and others and need someone to walk beside us to figure it all out with a sense of compassion and curiosity. I have over 11 years of experience combining Psychology with Faith based teachings to increase self acceptance and improve relationships with others. My focus is on relationship discord issues, grief and loss, care giving, anxiety, self-esteem issues, depression, life transitions, and stress.

Making sense and peace with our suffering is another focus of mine.  During these unsettled times we are all trying to figure out the role suffering plays in our day to day lives and how to make room for it but continue on with daily tasks and commitments.

I also assists clients with making their goals reflect their value system.  Identifying one's own values can be a challenge when emotions are high and other people's opinions are taking space in our minds.  I want to help clients navigate this difficult terrain so they can achieve a sense of peace from living a value driven life.
