I work with anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and other areas of difficulty for individuals. My approach is collaborative. Using evidence-based techniques, we will work together to heal crippling wounds, allowing you to move forward with the confidence to live a life that seeks God’s holy will for you.

I have experience working with children and teens in a variety of settings. I strive to include the parents in every step of the process. 

I am a Gottman Level 2 trained therapist and work with infidelity, separated/divorced couples and pre-marriage counseling. We will work together to get you from good to great in your relationships. 

I look forward to working with you to cultivate the skills you need in order to soar to new heights.
