Hello. I am a traditional Catholic therapist with a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology. I have extensive experience in clinical assessment and therapy. I utilize a strengths-based treatment approach to help adult individuals to overcome addictions as well as other mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, and ADHD. I specialize in working with men on the many challenging issues they face. I also work with couples on relational issues.

I am an Army Veteran and have extensive experience working with Veterans in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings. I am passionate about helping people overcome their habitual struggles.

I offer a free 15-minute initial phone consultation. I look forward to hearing from you.

Bio:
I obtained my Master of Science degree in Clinical Psychology at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine with an emphasis on the cognitive model of treating mental health issues. I live in the Lehigh Valley and am able to meet for "walking therapy" in a park.
