I work as a counseling clinician at Divine Mercy Clinic and Family Center, and have over 15 years of extensive experience working with adults, adolescents and families with a wide variety of issues. My goal is to provide a safe place of healing and hope by incorporating the principles and wisdom of the Catholic faith with evidence-based practices and therapeutic methods to help my clients improve the quality of their lives. I help clients find their strengths and distinct God-given talents that they can utilize to manage, deal or solve a variety of life situations. I meet my clients where they're at, going at their own pace and respecting their uniqueness and individual needs.
My areas of expertise include working with individuals dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, spirituality and relationship issues, to name a few. I also love working with the Latino community and I am fluent in English and Spanish. I firmly believe that it is crucial to incorporate one's faith and culture in the process of self-knowledge.
