I have extensive experience and training in providing counseling and therapy. I am also a board-certified music therapist and enjoy integrating music with therapy methods, upon request.
I have worked with many diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, alcoholism, addictions, OCD, autism/aspergers, ADD/ADHD and dementia.
Through compassionate, skilled care, I provide counseling sessions tailored to meet the needs of my clients using methods that are most comfortable and effective for them.
'Let it begin with me.' I have a history of many years of counseling and therapy and I have worked with many diagnoses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, alcoholism, addictions, OCD, autism, ADD/ADHD and dementia. As a practicing Catholic with a Catholic worldview, my Faith informs my work, and I am always aware of God as the Great Healer. I have a very empathic and patient approach, and I apply the method or methods that I feel will be most beneficial. I love the work that I do, and it is a vocation that I treat with both honor and joy.
