Message from Therapist

Are you feeling lost, numb, disconnected, alone? Have you been feeling unseen or misunderstood, like you can't seem to get anything right? Do your relationships feel shallow and empty? Or does it maybe feel like joy and pleasure has been stripped from your life? Feeling these ways can be terrifying, frustrating, confusing, and isolating and, my friend, you don't have to be alone in this anymore. Through our work together, we will come to understand what is causing you to feel this way and bring true healing to these places. We will walk together as you discover who you are and how you can reconnect to yourself in order to live the vibrant and fully embodied life you were created for.

If you are seeking a therapist that will see you as the unique person you are - mind, body, and soul - you have come to the right place. I specialize in the treatment of trauma and attachment wounds for individuals and couples. As a holistic practitioner, I view your symptoms as messengers that provide the key to your healing, rather than as a problem or diagnosis to be fixed.

My friend, this longing you feel reveals that you are made for more! Christ resides within you, and by cultivating the capacity to freely embrace and choose Him, you will find the wisdom and ability to heal, grow, and come home to your most authentic self - the person God created you to be. Choosing to (re)discover this truth about yourself is both hard and brave, and you do not have to do it alone. Allow me to walk with you as you confront and overcome all that stands in your way.
