My background and experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a customized, person-specific treatment plan based on careful client intake and initial patient assessments.
I currently work with various populations including youth (ages 5+), adolescents, and adults.
My focus has primarily been in the following areas:
Kids - anxiety, depression, behavior challenges, high functioning autism
Teens - anxiety, depression, trauma, high functioning autism
Adults - PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, high functioning autism

All appointments are generally in-person, face-to-face visits. Upon request, I do offer a HIPPA-approved telehealth option.
