Are you feeling unhappy about the relationship you have with your children? Do you find yourself budding heads with your children?  

Unfortunately, parenting doesn't come with a training manual.  But you can definitely learn skills to improve your relationship with your children.

I also work with adult individuals on such issues as: Anxiety, Trauma, Self Esteem, Challenging Life Transitions and Caregiving Challenges.

Bio:
A lot of my experience comes from providing mental health services for adults and children, in individual and in family settings. I've worked with clients as young as 2 years of age to 17 years of age, alongside their parents. Over the past 2 years, I have been working one-on-one with adults only.

Aside from my professional experience, I also have the life experience of having lived in 3 different countries. I've seen how people can grow immensely even in the midst of hardships.

Couple of years ago, I also spent about a year doing missionary work in Bronx, New York, alongside fellow Americans, men and women from Australia, Europe and Mexico. During this experience, I lived with 24 other individuals from all walks of life, learning to work together as a team, all the while growing in our faith.

I accept visa, debit, or credit card at the end of each session.

I do not accept insurance at this time, but I do offer a sliding scale in certain circumstances. Please feel free to ask me about it.

Please ask if you would like a superbill that you could provide to your insurance to request for a possible reimbursement for the services.
