I have an exclusively Telehealth practice and offer therapy to adults ages 18+ using a variety of approaches to help you to feel better and live a more contented life. The Catholic formation I have received greatly informs my work. I firmly believe that our Catholic faith can be a source of strength, healing, and support. Therapy in unison with one's faith can be a tremendous help in overcoming despair and worry, assist us in regaining and maintaining our peace, and in finding hope.
