Message from Therapist

Perhaps you have found yourself stuck in a rut, living a life vastly different than the one you had always hoped. Few things in this world are as painful. It might be that this pain has led you to seek help. I would be honored to walk with you through it.

My goal as a therapist is to build a trusting therapeutic relationship with each of my clients. I work to help you recognize the impact that difficult thoughts, feelings, and behaviors have on your well-being, to develop new skills to help navigate these things, and to focus on living the kind of life you truly desire.

I have found that I work well with adolescents and young adults (aged 16-30). I specialize in working with anxiety disorders (including OCD, GAD, Phobias, Social Anxiety, and other forms), life transitions and adjustments, depression, and vocational crises.

Contact me for a free 15-minute consultation.

Pax Therapy Solutions, LLC, is a mental health practice located in Simpsonville, SC. We specialize in treating anxiety and depressive disorders, marital concerns, parenting concerns, trauma, and vocational concerns. While Catholic in identity, we recognize the need for a distinction between spiritual direction and science-based, sound psychotherapeutic intervention, and strive to support you in your faith, though we will not focus on providing any sort of dogmatic or spiritual advice. Rather, we will focus on treating the presenting problem in the light of our conceptualization of the individual as a beloved child of God.
