About Me:

As a missionary with the Fellowship of Catholic University Students (FOCUS) I have experiences working with people seeking God and His plan from many walks of life.

While assisted them, I realized a calling and passion of my own: To help others find mental healing.

So I went back to school...

I earned my masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Texas at Tyler, where I treated children, adults, and couples. 

Today, I use many mental health techniques to assist with my client's unique needs: Blending the physical, mental, social, emotional, and spiritual elements together, we are creating realistic goals, building strength to overcome obstacles, and seeking to find and maintain a sense of peace and freedom.

I believe every person is created to live a life of purpose to freely grow through psychological, emotional and relational struggles without debilitating obstacles. I am driven and passionate about providing individuals, couples, and families the counseling services they need to live healthy and whole lives. Issues I deal with include: emotional disturbances, trauma, sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, relationship pain, as well as anxiety, despair, isolation, and depression. Other areas of concentration include self-harm behaviors such as addictions. I offer marital and pre-marital counseling and enjoy working with families. Spirituality is integrated into the therapeutic process if desired by the client.

I provide a positive therapeutic approach where a client can begin to see their own life as unique and beautiful, worthy of unconditional love and deep meaning. I seek to treat the whole person; body, mind and soul, and integrate health and wellness as well as psychiatric coaching into the therapeutic process.

I am humbled and honored to walk alongside my clients as they discover their unique story and find healing. I am a passionate Christian man and believe that a person is meant to thrive and not just survive; in their own lives as well as in their relationships with others.
