We all need a helping hand now and then. I am a licensed therapist with over 25 years of experience.  I offer a compassionate, nurturing environment to help you heal and make progress toward your personal goals. I specialize in anxiety, depression, and self-esteem. I also have experience treating addiction, bipolar disorder, codependency, domestic abuse, grief, impulse control disorders, mood disorders, peer relationships, personality disorders, spirituality issues, stress management, trauma and PTSD.
