Message from Therapist

Therapy is a sacred trust and I find that having a shared faith provides for a very safe environment for this deep and sensitive emotional work. 

I am well trained in several psychological methodologies, however, I find the best method is to listen carefully and walk gently with my client on their journey. 

I like to do this work in prayer so that we can invite the Lord in to bring His wisdom, truth, love, peace and healing.  I pray that I can be His helper. 

This kind of active and visual prayer frequently brings the healing we seek.

I am a psychologist, licensed with the state of Minnesota. I’m a Definitively Professed Lay Carmelite and a mother of 3 young adult children.
