I have transitioned my practice to teletherapy only and no longer provide office visits.
I have been helping people achieve their therapeutic goals for nearly two decades. My approach is non-judgmental, compassionate and committed to client success.
Since every client is unique, I use an integrative therapeutic approach to tailor therapy to each client's particular situation.
I consider it an honor and a privilege to be welcomed into the sacred space of each client's life. I especially enjoy helping people manage their anxiety, lift their depression and experience connection and intimacy in their relationships. Whether you are seeking help as a couple, an individual or a family, my desire is for you to live your life more abundantly.
I exclusively offer Teletherapy (online and telephone sessions) for clients that reside in Kentucky. This change helps to reduce fees and increase scheduling convenience for my clients.
I conduct teletherapy sessions through a secure, HIPPA compliant platform in order to protect the privacy of client information. Payment is also made through the secure platform. Clients simply need to have an adequate internet connection, computer, webcam or smart phone and assure that they are in an area that is private and free from distractions.
I enjoy helping my clients improve their communication skills and increase their levels of empathy, intimacy and connection in their relationships. I also help clients improve how they manage their feelings of anxiety, depression, grief and anger. I want my clients to find hope in whatever circumstances they may face.
