My counseling private practice, Healing and Peace Catholic Therapy Services, provides psychotherapy services for individuals, couples and families of all ages for a variety of problems. Using what I learned in my Master's studies in Moral Theology at Holy Apostles College & Seminary, I integrate professional counseling techniques with the Christian faith principles of my Catholic clients. With principles rooted in the teachings of St. Thomas Aquinas, a Doctor of the Church, I focus therapy on recognizing the goodness within ourselves and others as beings created in the image and likeness of God (see Genesis 1:26).
With over a decade of experience, I help individuals and couples overcome various internal and relational challenges, and work with families by helping parents regain control over their children in a nurturing, yet firm way. I also specialize in treating angry outbursts, stress, depression, anxiety, various disorders, sexual addictions, pornography and the effects of traumatic events.
