Hello there, and thank you for considering me for your therapy journey. I believe we all have the capacity to better ourselves, and I want to walk you through that and help you become the best version of yourself. I provide a comfortable and open setting, where clients have space to express themselves to find healing. I utilize an integrative therapeutic approach and can include spirituality into the therapeutic process, based on client preferences. My goal is to help clients develop tools, goals, and skills to further positive changes in their lives.
If you are interested or have any questions, please reach out to me via email or my phone number. Currently, I am at max capacity with couples and am only providing individual therapy at this time. If you need a couples' therapist referral, I am happy to provide you with one.
God bless.
