More About Zoe Myers Solomon, ALMFT

I am a Central Illinois native and graduated with a master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln. I also hold a certificate in Medical Family Therapy from the University of Nebraska Medical Center, where I learned how to help clients bridge the mind/body connection while working with their medical professionals. I am trained in both EMDR and Narrative Exposure Therapy to help clients heal from the traumatic experiences that have occurred in their lives. I also have specific training to work with couples, whether to enrich their marriage or help to heal from their relationship issues.

I firmly believes that hope is the key to change, which involves an honest assessment of the present reality and specific tools that provide choices for a different future.
