Work With

Message from Therapist

I work with individuals, couples, and families who feel stuck. Maybe you simply cannot seem to change the pattern of conflict in your marriage, or your teen’s behavior or emotions are more than you can handle. Maybe your son or daughter is anxious, depressed or addicted, or you have experienced a loss, an accident, or are finally ready to address the trauma in your life that has held you back or kept you disconnected from yourself and others. Please come in and meet me in-person or through virtual telehealth so we can get you unstuck and reconnected!

My approach is to offer a space to process, facilitate healing, and walk along side of you to help you realize the opportunity and potential for flourishing. I am trained in EMDR and a variety of therapeutic techinques, such as CBT and IFS. Depending on the need of the client, I utilize different techniques. Through my own experience and expertise, I will support your process through a combination of observation, inquiry, and intervention.

As far as my background goes, I am a devout Catholic who reverted in 2013. I spent two years in formation discerning the priesthood as a vocation for the Diocese of Colorado Springs at Mount St. Mary's Seminary in Emmitsburg, MD from 2015 to 2017. There I studied philosophy and theology and received a pre-theology philosophy certification. After my seminary experience, I went on to work as a Director of Religious Education in two different parishes from 2017 to 2023. During my tenure as a DRE I was in charge of running and leading RCIA, adult catechesis, First Confession and First Holy Communion preparation for both the children and parents. I believe my extensive knowledge of philosophy and theology provide for a more complete, holistic, and integrated approach to counseling.

I am present and intentional with each client I work with. This is not only my career but also my passion and joy. I offer a free 15-minute consultation. I invite you to reach out, get to know me, and take your first step in a journey toward authentic change.
