I have discovered the capacity of individuals to change and choose effective attitudes in everyday life. This capacity to make effective decisions helps clients to find new paths that lead to healing and growth. I firmly believe that real freedom and self-actualization is established by the three core dimensions of love: self-love, love of others and love of God. For this reason, I use Motivational Interviewing, Attachment Therapy, Existential Therapy combined with Spiritual Exercises to pursue the greatness of life's purpose and meaning. Consequently, I help my clients to recognize that any irrational belief, emotional wounds, and turmoil in life, should not lead them to distrust and despair.
