I offer counseling for individuals and couples as well as Pediatric, Adolescent and Family Counseling.
I believe it is important to work with you and your family to achieve your psychological and spiritual potential. To this end, I would work with you to develop positive change through improved communication skills. Our sessions would include ongoing review of your main areas of concern, assessment of safety, information gathering of your life and its impact on your current distress. There would also be ongoing review of your progress and how you believe goals are being achieved.
By combining Catholic faith foundations with the science of psychology, I can help you overcome problems, find meaning to your life and encourage an emotional and mental balance.

I also treat individuals and couples in marriages whose lives are negatively impacted by pornography and/or by a spouse acting out on fantasies. I am informed by Dr. Mark and Debbie Laaser. Fundamental to beginning a new life in Christ are the following: a sacramental life; a renewed relationship with Christ based on trust; and an accountability group.
