Hi! My name is Dr Cristina Lima, and I am glad to be in a profession in which I am able to make a difference in people’s lives. I have extensive experience as a mental health professional, providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families. I value the therapeutic relationship and the use of personal inner resources for growth, based on a solid Catholic background.
In addition to counseling, I am Board Certified in Neurofeedback. Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, non-drug alternative treatment that helps self-regulate brain activity for the management of ADHD, depression, anxiety, trauma, stress, and others.
I provide services in English, Spanish and Portuguese. I also offer online video counseling for clients in Texas and Florida, as well as have in-person office visits for clients at my office in Destin, Florida.
