Are you looking for help with relationship problems, anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions or unwanted sexual behavior? Have hope! I have experience treating these struggles and more.

I specialize in working with adolescents on drug and alcohol addictions. I also have experiences with a range of other mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, same-sex attraction, pornography, marital/relationship problems, and more. I integrate modern science with the teachings of Holy Mother Church and the power of the Gospel.

I feel that God has called me to be a vessel of healing to the broken-hearted – those who experience a sense of being lost, discouraged, frustrated/angry, isolated/lonely, and despairing in their struggles and disorders. My graduate training in Catholic theology, philosophy, and therapeutic techniques, my work as a drug and alcohol counselor, and my real-world experience working with young adults in ministry equips me to serve you with a blend of evidence-based therapies and Catholic venerated wisdom.

I am passionate about helping Catholics overcome their psychological and behavioral struggles so they can be more fully alive as they carry out out their unique calling from God.

Bio:
My name is Gian Milles, M.S., and I grew up in Perkasie, PA. Due to the scrapes and scars of growing up in a fallen world and the influence of the secular culture, I declared myself an atheist at the age of 17. I did not go to Church for about 3 years. As a Sophomore at Temple University and with the help of a Protestant bible study, I was welcomed back Home in the Catholic Church. After serving for 2 years as a FOCUS Missionary at the University of Vermont, I thought to myself: How do I make a career out of helping others find healing? Divine Mercy University made this dream a reality. After getting my M.S. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and interning at Christian Counseling and Therapy on the Main Line under the supervision of Dr. Charles Zeiders, I began work as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor at Malvern Treatment Center in South Philadelphia. But this was not enough. Being unable to involve God in the healing process was stifling. So I decided to join Dr. Peter Kleponis in private practice, and I am now able to practice therapy while offering people healing through the most powerful force known to man - Jesus Christ. I also recently began my doctoral studies with Liberty University in their online program.

I love spending time with my family and friends, playing basketball, going to the gym, reading, learning about history, writing poetry, and watching movies. A peaceful walk in the woods or on the beach is to be prized above all else. God bless you, and thank you for your time.
