I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have experience working with clients on a wide variety of issues, such as eating disorders, substance use, general and severe mental health problems. Change can only happen in relationship; and I provide counseling, which is supportive, compassionate, and dedicated to guiding you to achieve personal wellness. My approach is collaborative and strength-based. It is my goal to work with you in a safe and supportive atmosphere where I will help you learn skills to manage difficult emotions, maintain and strengthen your relationships, and thrive in the many areas of your life.

I have extensive experience as a clinical mental health counselor, in both the outpatient and inpatient settings, working with clients struggling in a wide variety of issues, such as eating disorders, substance use, general and severe mental health problems. I specialize in providing individual therapy for adolescents and adults.
As a therapist, I strive to create a safe and collaborative working relationship with my clients that is built on compassion, trust, and empathy. I am skilled in CBT, REBT, and DBT treatment approaches in order to assist my clients to meet their personalized goals.
